Natural Ingredients:

We take pride in using only the finest all-natural ingredients in our products.  These ingredients are free from harsh chemicals and synthetic additives, making them gentle on your skin and good for the environment.  However, due to the natural composition, the color, scent, and consistency of our products may vary slightly from batch to batch. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

Made-to-Order Freshness:

Many of our products are handcrafted and made to order to ensure maximum freshness and potency.  This means that your order may take a few extra days to process and ship compared to mass-produced products.

Perishable Products:

Since we use natural ingredients, some of our products may have a shorter shelf life than commercially produced products containing preservatives.  Please refer to the specific product information for details on recommended use-by dates.  We recommend storing your Herb Holistics products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maximize their shelf life.

Understanding Perishability:

By purchasing from Herb Holistics, you acknowledge that you are buying natural and perishable products in some cases.  We are not responsible for any spoilage or loss of effectiveness due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
